Naeto C and AKA to host 2013 Channel O Africa Music Video Awards
Nigerian superstar Naeto C and South African
airwaves hotshot, AKA, have been announced as the co-hosts of the upcoming
tenth annual Channel O Africa Music Video Awards. The two will bring a one-two
star punch to the star-studded live show, taking place on Saturday, 30 November
at Walter Sisulu Square in Kliptown Soweto.
Naeto C and AKA’s star wattage will also be
on full display to music fans throughout Africa as the two keep the action
rolling during the broadcast, which goes out live on Channel O at 20:00.

₦255m cars scandal: Embattled Oduah storms Aso Villa, seeks private chat with Jonathan
Indications emerged Sunday night that the
Minister of Aviation, Ms. Stella Oduah, is currently fighting with both teeth
and tongue in order to save her job.
It was learnt that the troubled Minister
within the last days had been seeking private audience with President Goodluck
Jonathan for one on one chat over the ongoing crisis in the aviation sector.
Sources said that Miss Oduah was spotted at
the Presidential Villa in Abuja during the weekend looking so troubled and
shattered, following the calls by Nigerians for her immediate removal over the
acquisition of two BMW bulletproof cars for her official use.
A close insider, who was present during
Oduah’s visit to the Villa, told Punch that she “wanted to explain herself to
the President, who like every Nigerian, was embarrassed by the media reports
and the evidence of the purchase of the two cars at an outrageous sum of ₦255m.”
Obafemi Martins welcomes baby boy with Mario Balotelli’s Sister
Reports suggest that Nigerian footballer
Obafemi Martins has welcomed his third child from his third baby mama. Abigail
Barwuah, the older sister of Ghanaian-Italian footballer Mario Balotelli gave
birth to a baby boy on Wednesday October 16th in Italy.
Both Martins and Abigail have been dating
since 2012 and according to several reports; she lost two pregnancies for the
Super Eagles frontman, with the last case of miscarriage in December 2012.
However, it is understood she got pregnant almost immediately.
Martins, who is yet to be married, has two
other sons.

Post, Nasir “Nas” Jones opened up on being the brand ambassador for Hennessy’s
“Wild Rabbit” campaign, in addition to details on his forthcoming 2014 yet to be titled album, and plans on etching his imprint into the fashion
industry.

attracted you to work with the Hennessy brand and their “Wild Rabbit” campaign?
They called me and it was just great timing.
I’ve been on the Henny for so long. That’s everybody’s original drink. So over
the years I tried a lot of different things, from tequila, to whatever. And
I’ve been away from Henny for a while. And it was ironic, when I got the call
from them is when I got back into Hennessy. It was like magic.

Pastor Marvin Winans Refuses to Dedicate Children Born Out of Wedlock [VIDEO]
Charity Grace lives on the east side of the
city with her 2-year-old son, Joshua. The two recently started to attend
Perfecting Church under the leadership of Pastor Marvin Winans.
On Sunday, a special blessing is planned at
the church on East Nevada Street. They are having a dedication service for
children two years old and under. Grace was looking forward to having her only
child receive this blessing.
"I want to instill values and morals in
my son based upon the word of God," said Grace.
She called the church on Tuesday to make
arrangements. "I told them I was not married and that's where everything
just broke loose."
Grace says she spoke with a woman who told
her Pastor Winans' policy is that he is not to bless children of unwed mothers
in front of his congregation.
"I've never felt so degraded and
disrespected in my life," said Grace.
