BREAKING: Associated Airline Plane Crashes in Lagos, NEMA Confirmed 2 Persons Dead [PHOTOS]
Reports reaching kiyoandfilo suggests that an
Associated Airline plane carrying the body of late Agagu to Akure, has crashed
in Lagos
According to NEMA, two persons have been
confirmed dead – other unconfirmed reports says Gov Agagu’s son, and Deji Falae
(Chief Olu Falae's first Son) were on board the crashed aircraft.
Tunde Demuren, the son of Harold Demuren, who
was the immediate former Director General of the NCAA, also confirm the crash
through his tweet, “some conflicting
reports about who/what was onboard. Fact is, Plane crashed right after take off
in Lagos… Lets wait for actual manifest,” he stated.

ghostwriter is a writer who writes books, articles, stories, reports, or other
texts that are officially credited to another person.
In a statement issued by a lawyer
representing Makosi, Joy was alleged to have received the sum of $9,200 at one
point, $1,500 at another and $2,100 (totalling $12,800) to ghost-write the
book.
ASUU: FG begs Nigeria Union of Teachers to withdraw strike threat
Federal Government, yesterday, appealed to
Nigeria Union of Teachers, NUT, to shelve its proposed solidarity strike with
Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.
The Supervising Minister of Education, Mr.
Nyesom Wike, made the appeal in Abuja, at a meeting with the members of NUT on
the proposed industrial action.
It will be recalled that the NUT on September
26, 2013, gave Federal Government two weeks ultimatum to honour the agreement
they had with ASUU or face total shutdown of the education sector in the
country.
The Minister of Labour, Chief Emeka Wogu, who
was present at the meeting, said the Federal Government has already implemented
80 per cent of the 2009 Agreement they had with ASUU.
Father of 5 Demands New Virgin Wife as Divorce Settlement
Mohammed Audu, a 51-year old father of five
has asked a Grade 1 Area Court sitting at Aso Pada, Nasarawa, to order his
wife, Maryam Audu, a 25-year old, to marry a virgin for him.
Mohammed initially kicked against the
divorce, begging the court to give him more time to sort things out with his
wife. Maryam however, kicked against more time saying, "Just recently, he
alleged that the children stole his ₦100,000 and he invited the police to
arrest, torture and detain them"
"He also threatened to arrest me because
he said I conspired with the children to steal his money"
Maryam said she could no longer stay with a
man who would call the police to arrest his children and wife. She told the
court that the money was later found in the husband’s wardrobe, and urged the
court to separate them.

Punch: The Anambra State Police Command on
Wednesday said it had begun questioning the policeman attached to one of its
divisions in Onitsha, caught on video demanding a bribe of ₦10,000 from a
motorist.
The state conmmand’s Police Public Relations
Officer, Emeka Chukwuemeka, who spoke with our correspondent on the telephone,
said the outcome of the investigation would be made public as soon as it was
concluded.
Chukwuemeka, a Deputy Superintendent of
Police, said the manner the video was shot made it easy for the authorities to
identify the policeman in question.
The police spokesman, who assured members of
the public that the policeman would be made to face the full wrath of the law
if found guilty, said the police would not condone any acts of corruption.

Mother and Son Graduate Together With PhDs! {PHOTOS}
Vickie McBride gave birth to her son at the
tender age of 13, but that did not deter her from earning her PhD – or his, for
that matter.
Recently, Vickie and her son, Maurice, walked
across the stage at a graduate ceremony in Minneapolis, Minnesota and were
handed their doctorate degrees from Capella University, WRDW-TV Augusta 12
reports.
Given their journey, Maurice said he could
not have ever imagined the day he would earn such a high academic honor. “Never
in a thousand, million, trillion years [did I expect to get my PhD],” Maurice
said. “The thought of becoming a doctor anyone was far fetched.”
“I
never thought I would get chance to see my mother walk across the stage and
then she turned around and saw me walk across the stage,” he said.

7-year-old girl steals iPhone under the watchful eyes of the ‘mother’ {VIDEO}
In a CCTV footage posted on youtube, a
7-year-old girl was seen stealing an iPhone from a customer in a restaurant in
Norwood, Johannesburg, South Africa, with the consent of a woman, presumed to
be her mother.
According to reports, the stolen phone
belongs to a 17-year-old girl.
In the video, four women and a child were
seen walking into the restaurant and later separated into two groups. Thereafter
the little pilferer was given the signal by the two women she was with, and
promptly stole the iPhone. As soon as the phone was stolen, they left without

Gospel singer, Don Moen is so elated at the
moment. His oldest child Melissa and son-in-law, who also double as his manager
Jesse Sproul, just had their first child, thus making Don Moen a grandfather.
The music-evangelist announced on his
facebook page that he is now a grand-father. “It’s official! Our first
grandchild!! Sweet Stella!”

Don Moen said his wife and he searched for a
child for 12 years before they were finally blessed with a baby girl. ‘We
waited for 12 years before we had our first child. Doctors said we couldn’t
have children but God gave us 5 at the end, a daughter, then a son, a daughter
then a son and then a daughter. Men had given up on us but at the end, God gave
us five children in 7 years,’ he announced!

Jay Z Covers Vanity Fair Mag, Says Beyoncé Is Gangsta Now
When asked if Beyoncé would've been
interested in him were he not a rap mogul but a gas-station attendant, Jay Z
replies, “If I’m as cool as I am, yes. But she’s a charming Southern girl, you
know, she’s not impressed. . . . But I would have definitely had to be this
cool.” Jay Z also reveals in Vanity Fair’s November issue that the line on his
latest album, “She was a good girl ’til she knew me” is about Beyoncé, and when
asked if she’s not a good girl anymore, Jay laughs, saying, “Nah. She’s gangsta
now.”
