Nollywood actress and producer of award winning movie, Jenifa, Funke Akindele, may be rich, famous and widely celebrated, but something is still missing in her life: a husband.

The actress whose nine months old marriage to Kenny Oloyede crashed about three months ago, bared her mind recently when she said she would want to settle down fast and start bearing children, seeing that age is not on her side.

In her mid-30s, Funke said she is praying to God for her own man soon.

“Man proposes and God disposes,” she said, waxing spiritual, “so people should keep their fingers crossed and pray for me to meet the bone of the bone of my bone and the flesh of my flesh and not somebody else.

Why I re-called disengaged non-indigene civil servants” – Governor Orji

Orji made the explanation at the grand finale of the Enugu Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, press week held at the Top Rank Hotel, Enugu at the weekend.

He emphasised the unity of the Igbos of the South-East whose indigenes were mostly affected by the disengagement.

According to him, “It is only in Abia State among others in the South-East today that non-indigenes contest elections and win. Non-indigenes are being appointed into political positions in Abia. And so non indigenes should also take their rightful place in the civil service”.

Golden Eaglets Get ₦2million Cash Reward From President Jonathan [PHOTOS]

President Goodluck Jonathan on Sunday announced a cash gift of ₦2m each for all the players of the nation’s Under-17 team, the Golden Eaglets, who won the 2013 FIFA Under-17 World Soccer Championship on Friday in Abu Dhabi, United Emirates.

The players, their handlers and key members of the Nigerian Supporters’ Club, according to the President, will also be honoured with national honours during the next award ceremony.

Jonathan announced the rewards at a reception he held in honour of the players at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

UNBELIEVABLE: Suspected robber videos colleagues during operation

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 23-year-old robber, Prince Nwafor, with a visual recording of a robbery operation that he took part in.

According to police authorities, the suspect is part of a robbery gang that specialises in snatching vehicles in Lagos and selling them at low prices.

The gang was also alleged to have robbed in Ebonyi and Anambra states.

The recording, which was captured with a camera phone, showed how Nwafor’s gang members robbed a motorist of his car in an undisclosed location. He, however, did not appear in the recording.

The police said it was believed that Nwafor intended to release the incriminating video on the Internet for allegedly cheating him every time they went for operation.

Nwafor, however, told Punch Metro that he made the recordings so he could blackmail his colleagues with it.

Well, if I had very good hair texture then I would have rocked my natural hair and do all crazy styles of weave with it but unfortunately, that’s not the case. I alternate with other options, thank God for weave-ons and attachments.

How much does it cost you to make your hair and how long does it take?

To be very honest, there is no price tag to my hair. I can spend a lot on it as long as I like it and it suits me. I am really crazy when it comes to my hair styles because most of the time, I create my own styles which are always very unique, crazy, and very colourful. I love playing with colours on my hair. The least number of colours you can find on my hair is three.

Cossy Orjiakor Insures Her Boobs for $1.6M [₦256million]

Nollywood actress, Cossy Orjiakor who has gained a sensational sex identity is currently a happy woman as she is set to hit another gold mine with her endowment.

The actress was reported to have agreed to a deal to insure her bloated mammary glands for a whooping $1.6million amounting to ₦256million.

The deal according to source was introduced to her by an American friend who also dragged Enhanced Silicon Inc. responsible for insuring bréasts of famous foreign celebrities into the deal. The company, which insured the bosóms of Pamela Anderson and Dolly Parton agreed to the deal just before Cossy’s recent birthday bash, where she displayed her endowments for the world to see. Nigeria’s under 17 National Team, the Golden Eaglets, thrashed Mexican side, El Tri 3-0 to lift the trophy this evening. With this victory; the Golden Eaglets became the first country to win the FIFA Under-17 World Cup for a record four times.

Nigeria also holds the record for most goals scored by a team in a single tournament with 26 goals in all.

Pasuma’s Range Rover Sport was Sold for ₦950,000 – Robber

Sometime in May, Fuji musician, Pasuma was reported to have lost his Range Rover Sport to some dare-devil armed robbery gang.

Just recently, the leader of the gang, Kasali Adegoke with three other suspects, was paraded by the Ogun State Commissioner of Police Mr. IKemefuna Okoye in Abeokuta.

Kasali claimed he sold the SUV for ₦950,000 and that he never knew it was Pasuma’s car they snatched.

He said, “I have a receiver at Cotonou who usually calls to place orders for any type of vehicle that he wants. Before we stole Pasuma’s car, my buyer had already told me that he wanted a Range Rover Sport. We were just on the lookout for possible victims when we noticed Pasuma’s car.”

Tinie Tempah Cries as He Unveils New Documentary, “Discovering Destiny” [FULL VIDEO]

24-year-old rapper, Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu, popularly called Tinie Tempah has premiered a new documentary, titled “Discovering Destiny”.

The film, which was produced by Dumi Oburota and directed by Jabari Johnson, is mainly on his "Discovery" tour in 2011, and a personal look into the life of the rapper.

The 'written in the stars' hitmaker recently reveals that he broke down in tears while watching his new biopic.

“I know that sounds a bit weird but it showed everything I have done so far and I found it a bit overwhelming,” he said.
