It was designed to be a joke, it’s still a joke, I’m a stand-up comedian and we make people laugh for a living and comedians are social commentators,” AY said.
The comedian followed up his explanation with an apology to Jim Iyke;
I’m sorry about it, it wasn’t designed to be detrimental in any way but if you see it that way, bro., I got nothing but love for you…I’m not classless and I know you know that”, he added.
Meanwhile, Helen Paul, who also featured in the skit, said she was called upon to act a script as an actress; that her intention was not to poke fun at Jim Iyke.

“I have lost few jobs because of my line” – Julius Agwu Battles Etisalat

Julius Agwu is obviously mad at one of Nigeria’s telcos, Etisalat – the comedian’s problem is multifaceted, so is better you hear from the horse's mouth.

‘While I was in America to see my new baby, I suddenly realized that my Etisalat line was inactive. I couldn’t receive and make calls. I went to Etisalat office in Hilton to complain and to discover what the problem was.
I was told someone asked the company to swap my line. I got very worried immediately and queried them. How could someone’s line get swapped without the authorization of the owner? Even as the owner of the line, I would issue an authorization letter to effect that. I was worried because I personally registered the line and I told them I want to know the staff that granted the request but they refused.

In a recent interview with Punch Newspaper, Comedian and actor, Afaemena Igwemba a.k.a Klint da Drunk and his wife, Lilien give an insight into what makes their six-year-old marriage tick

How long have you been married?

Klint: We thank God for the journey so far because we have been married for six happy years.

How did you meet?

Lilien: We met in Jos, where I used to reside.  Not like we planned to meet but it just happened. According to my husband, when he saw me, he told his friend, ‘That is my wife, I will marry that girl.’

Did you entertain any fears about dating and later marrying someone in the limelight?

Lilien: No profession is sacred. Even if you are marrying a doctor or a lawyer, the most important thing is knowing your partner and trusting God. For me, I was not scared at all because we were friends for a long while and that gave me the opportunity to study him real good.
