Kiyo: A 35-year-old man,
Hashiru Usman, has been sentenced to 9 months imprisonment by a Zuba Grade 1
Area Court in the FCT, Abuja.
Usman
was sentenced on Tuesday after he had pleaded guilty having anal sex with a
boy.
The
prosecutor, Mukadas Maiyaki told the court that on April 4, Usman took the
victim to the back of Zuma Rock and forcefully had anal sex with him.
He
told the court that Usman, after having himself satisfied with the boy, dropped
him off at the spot he picked him and zoomed off.
The
prosecutor continued that luck ran out of Usman when he came back later to pick
another boy for the same escapade and was apprehended by the police, following
the boy’s complaint to security agents.
Filo: He should be charged
for rape too.
