Clint Eastwood and wife, Dina split after 17 years of marriage

Some things are not just meant to be. Clint Eastwood, 83, has separated from second wife Dina Eastwood (nee Ruiz) after 17 years of marriage, Dina confirms exclusively to US Weekly.

The former TV news reporter, 48, says that she and Eastwood remain close but have been living separately for some time. In fact, a source stated that the two actually split more than a year ago, in June 2012.

"Clint fell out of love with Dina a long time ago," the insider says, noting that the separation was "amicable."

Married since March 31, 1996, Dina and the Million Dollar Baby director have one daughter together, 16-year-old Morgan. Eastwood is also dad to seven other kids, though he has only been married once before. UNILAG Big Girl Kidnapped, Raped By 3 Friends

Miss Tolulope Titiloye, a 22-year-old female student of the University of Lagos, who was kidnapped and raped by three friends, who later posted her nude photos on the social media, is now in court to get justice.

Three friends – Bashorun Babajide, Aje Olumayowa, and Babajide Ajayi – had molested her, took photos of her without clothes and threatened to share the photos if she exposed them. Tolulope had kept quiet about the sad incident but trouble started when her family members saw her nude photos on the internet.

Within few days of the upload, the nude photographs went viral on social media, exposing Tolulope to ridicule and shame.

SHOCKING! Severed Human head, hands sent to Police Commissioner

A severed human head has been sent to the boss of Kenya's police commission, Johnston Kavuludi, who has been trying to reform the police service. Mr Kavuludi was appointed last year to lead efforts to reform the police force.

According to the Daily Nation newspaper, a box containing the head and two human hands covered in blood also had the message: "Kavuludi, you are next".

The box was covered in yellow polythene and was deposited in a flower bed outside the National Police Service Commission offices in central Nairobi.

The police were alerted about two hours after the box was left on Thursday afternoon.

Nairobi police chief Benson Kibui linked the head to the previous discovery of a torso on a farm outside the city, and the police say they are interpreting it as a death threat.

What have you been up to lately?

I have been working on the singing sensation I just signed to my label, Rugged Records label. His name is Mbryo. I believe he's the next act to blow from Nigeria. And we have been recording tracks for his album. I've also been on a promotion/introduction tour around Nigeria to introduce him to the industry and my fans.

Mbryo is multi-talented. He writes, sings, plays guitar, drums and piano. So in order to introduce him into the industry, I released a joint album in December 2012 with him titled 'Money Making Music' which has songs like 'Push' featuring Terry G, Mbryo's 'Remote' and lots more. He's already getting heavy rotation. He has recorded songs with Olamide and Waje.

Bianca Ojukwu Denies Dating Fani-Kayode, Threatens to Sue for Libel

Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu’s widow and Nigeria’s ambassador to Spain, Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, has described as false the claim by former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, that she was his girlfriend when she was a spinster. Fani-Kayode had in his article, entitled: “Neither a tribalist nor a hater,” published in the social media and some segments of the national dailies claimed to have met with Bianca when she was Miss Bianca Onoh at the Cambridge College and had “intimate” relationship with her together with two other Igbo ladies. AMCON Offers Femi Otedola’s Aircraft for Sale

Thisday: Indications have emerged that the Asset Management Corporation of the Nigeria (AMCON) has offered the private aircraft it took over from the Chairman of Forte Oil Plc, Mr. Femi Otedola, for sale.

The aircraft, a Bombardier Challenger 605, was put up for sale following Otedola’s transfer of his assets to AMCON as settlement of his indebtedness to AMCON.

Following the assumption of Otedola debts from the banks, AMCON went into negotiations with the Forte Oil chairman in a debt payment deal that involved the transfer of his assets, including the aircraft, as full and final payment for the debts.

Investigations revealed that the price tag placed on the aircraft by AMCON is between $45 to $50 million.

The aircraft was flown in June this year and parked at the local wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Ikeja.

A 21-year-old Polish girl, Ania Lisewska has stated how she aims to sleep her way into the record books - by bedding 100,000 men around the world. Assassins attack Young Shall Grow Boss, kill police detail, driver

Guardian: Some suspected assassins attacked the Managing Director of Young Shall Grow Motors Limited, Chief Vincent Obianodo, killing his driver and a police detail attached to him.

The Guardian learnt that the suspects also shot Obianodo in the hand during the attack.

Police authorities said the incident occurred in FESTAC area of Lagos State on Tuesday night while Obianodo was returning from office.

The Guardian learnt that two of the suspected assassins were killed after policemen engaged them in a gun duel.

According to the police source “On Tuesday night Obianodo was on his way back from work. A police corporal and another private guard were in the vehicle with him. When they reached 22 Road in Festac, the entire place was deserted. From nowhere a vehicle crossed his own and some armed men opened fire on them. The policeman, who sat in front, was killed instantly while the driver was also killed.”

“The assailants also shot Obianodo in the arm. However, the shooting attracted the attention of some policemen on patrol who rushed down to the scene and engaged the culprits in a gun duel.”

3 feared dead as fuel tanker explodes in Ibadan, cars, shops burnt

At least three persons were feared dead on Tuesday while another five sustained severe burns at Orogun Junction, on the Iwo road/Ojoo expressway when a Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) petrol tanker trying to offload fuel suddenly exploded and caught fire.

The three victims were said to have died as the fuel burst into the area and exploded, burning properties and human beings along its path.

Two Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) parked around the area and about eight shops were also torched by the raging inferno.

It was gathered that the situation got out of hand when the Oyo State Fire Service that had stormed the scene ran out of water and had to wait for another vehicle for water.

It was learnt further that while the service was still waiting for water, the fire went wild and engulfed the surrounding shops and some other houses around, including some vehicles parked on the road.

Mike Ozekhome's Abductors Demand N250 Million Ransom, Issues 3-Day Ultimatum

According to social meia reports, the suspected abductors of Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN) and the All Progressives Congress leader in Edo North, Athanasius Ogbome, may have contacted the relations of their victims, demanding N250m altogether as ransom for their release.

It is recalled that he victims, both from Edo North, were abducted between Ehor and Iruekpen, along the Benin-Auchi road, last Friday.

While some social media reports claim that Ozekhome’s kidnappers had contacted his family and were demanding a ransom of N150m, giving a three-day ultimatum for payment, Ozekhome’s elder brother, Pius, was reported to have insisted that none of the family members had been spoken to by any of the abductors.

Still, another report maintained that the abductors are demanding N100m for his release.

Meanwhile, the Edo State Police Public Relations Officer, Moses Eguavoen, is said to be keeping sealed lips on the situation aside from saying that the police was “seriously monitoring the situation and we are still on search.”

I am not a racist – Stephen Keshi

Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi has defended his comments about Malawi coach, Tom Sainfiet denying that he is a racist.

As the war of words started in the build-up to the 2014 World Cup qualifiers against Malawi, Sainfiet is reportedly taking Keshi to FIFA, for saying that he is a “white dude that needs to go back to Belgium”

But Keshi has defended his choice of words, adding that he was only standing up for Nigeria, when Saintfiet alluded that it was unsafe to play in Calabar.

“I was just standing up for my country when someone tries to make insinuations that it is not a safe place,” Keshi was quoted as saying on supersport.com.

“I have nothing against Sainfiet, he was in Nigeria recently and we shook hands and had a few things we discussed. I just was very unhappy that a man who last year was prepared to work for Nigeria with a four year contract can all of a sudden start to describe the place as ‘unsafe’ so am not having that,” Keshi added.

Controversial Interview - Yes Magazine Reacts to Genevieve's Denial... "We Have Evidence"

Publishers of Yes Magazine have responded swiftly to Genevieve Nnaji's denial of an interview published in its soft sell, insisting they have evidence.

Yes in a statement said "Like we professionally stated in our intro, it's an old interview she had with our Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, Azuh Arinze years back at Oceanview Restaurants, Victoria Island, Lagos. He only stumbled on the tape again and reproduced it. Above all, we still have the tape of the interview as well as photographs taken on that day"

In the alleged exclusive interview, Genevieve Nnaji had been quoted as opening up on the kind of man she wants to spend the rest of her life with; an alleged relationship with Kunle Coker and plans to go back to school.

Hours after the story went viral; Genevieve had come on social medium twitter to refute the interview.

Two Kenyan Men Signed Agreement to 'marry' the same woman

Two Kenyan men have signed an agreement to "marry" the same woman, reports say.

The unnamed woman, a widow with two children, had been having affairs with both men for more than four years and had refused to choose between them leading to the pair fighting.

The agreement sets out a rota for Sylvester Mwendwa and Elijah Kimani to stay in her Mombasa house and commits them both to raise any children she bears.

“We have agreed that from today we will not threaten or have jealous feelings because of our wife, who says she's not ready to let go of any of us,” the agreement states, according to Kenya's NTV station.

“Each one will respect the day set aside for him. We agree to love each other and live peacefully. No-one has forced us to make this agreement.”

Mr Mwendwa said he had entered into the unusual arrangement to prevent violent between him and his rival for the woman’s affections.

Judy Thongori, a Kenyan family lawyer told Kenya’s Daily Nation that the law does not explicitly forbid polyandry.

Jonathan sacks Minister of Youth Development

President Goodluck Jonathan has terminated the appointment of the Minister of Youth Development, Inuwa Abdul-Kadir from his cabinet.

A statement by Special Assistant (Media), Sam Nwaobasi on behalf the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, did not give reasons for the termination of appointment.

The statement entitled ‘Termination Of The Appointment Of The Honourable Minister Of Youth Development’ reads: “His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR President and Commander –in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria has relieved Inuwa Abdul-kadir, Esq of his appointment as Honourable Minister of Youth Development with effect from the 26th of August, 2013.

“The former Minister is to hand over to the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Youth Development.

“Mr. President expresses appreciation to the Former Minister for the time he put in the services of the nations and wishes him success in his future endeavours.” 

Broke Fan Comment: Wizkid Replies J Martins, Says He is Disappointed

Reacting to Wizkid’s ‘broke people’ comment, J Martins in a recent interview on Hot Fm 98.3 Abuja said ‘I’m not taking any side, don’t mean no beef, no disrespect, and no hate but let the truth be told. I don’t believe because you feel you have a few change you didn’t have a few years ago and which you cannot guarantee having in a few years to come then you wake up and look at those people who have cheered you up, loved you, supported your music, bought your CD’s, prayed for you, just because you can lay your hands on some phone and you call them ‘poor’. Am not in and will never be in support of anyone who has such bad attitude.

Obviously, Wizkid wasn’t expecting such bashing from J Martins (in real sense Martins was on point).

Expectedly, Wizkid took to twitter few hours back lashing at his fellow singer that he is disappointed such comment is being echoed by Martins

“You have been in this industry long enough to know better than this nd i'm disappointed about your statement,” Wizkid said.
